This resolution is unacceptable for several reasons. First of all, because of its equation of communism with fascism under the common and false term of “totalitarianism.”/Это решение неприемлемо по нескольким причинам. The Communist and Workers’ parties participating in the 21st IMCWP, held in Izmir, Turkey, considering the recent approval of an anti-communist motion in the European Parliament, express the following:

This resolution is unacceptable for several reasons. First of all, because of its equation of communism with fascism under the common and false term of  “totalitarianism.
”

It is not possible to equalise the ideology of liberation of the working class and the whole mankind with the ideology that most clearly defends capitalist exploitation.

We cannot accept such equation because it was the communists who were the key force in the defeat of Nazi fascist forces in the Second World War. Communism still remains the main force opposing Nazi-fascist rise today.

This motion is one of the many attempts to rewrite history and slander the role of the communists and particularly the Soviet Union, mainly with the objective to impact on the consciousness of the young people.

This motion is unacceptable because it defends the repression of communists in European countries who are suffering legal persecution, a ban on their activities and criminalisation.

We do not accept any bans or persecutions against communist and workers’ parties in any country.

We express our full support for the communists in countries, where their activity is illegal or under the threat of illegalisation, like the Communist Party of Poland, which has been facing an unacceptable legal persecution for years.

Коммунистические и рабочие партии, участвующие в 21-й ПМС, состоявшейся в Измире, Турция, учитывая недавнее одобрение антикоммунистической резолюции в Европейском парламенте, выражают следующее:

Это решение неприемлемо по нескольким причинам. Прежде всего, из-за его уравнивания коммунизма с фашизмом под общим и ложным термином «тоталитаризм».

Невозможно уравнять идеологию освобождения рабочего класса и всего человечества с идеологией, которая наиболее отчётливо защищает капиталистическую эксплуатацию.


Мы не можем принять такое уравнивание, потому что именно коммунисты были главной силой в разгроме фашистских нацистов во Второй мировой войне. Коммунизм до сих пор остается главной силой, выступающей против нацистско-фашистской реставрации сегодня.


Эта резолюция является одной из многочисленных попыток переписать историю и оклеветать роль коммунистов и особенно Советского Союза, главным образом с целью повлиять на сознание молодежи.

Эта резолюция неприемлемо, потому что оно защищает репрессии против коммунистов в европейских странах, которые подвергаются судебному преследованию, запрету на их деятельность и криминализацию.

Мы не принимаем никаких запретов или преследований против коммунистических и рабочих партий в любой стране.

Мы выражаем нашу полную поддержку коммунистам в странах, где их деятельность незаконна или находится под угрозой делегализации, таких как Коммунистическая партия Польши, которая годами сталкивается с неприемлемым юридическим преследованием.
