Dėl Europos Komunistinės Iniciatyvos (EKI) veiklos nutraukimo

2023 m. rugsėjo 9 d. telekonferencijos formatu įvyko plenarinis Europos Komunistinės iniciatyvos (EKI) partijų posėdis, kuriame buvo aptarta pastaruoju metu EKI susidariusi probleminė situacija prasidėjus imperialistiniam karui Ukrainoje.
Telekonferencijos metu daugelis partijų savo atstovų pasisakymuose teigiamai įvertino EKI veiklą 2013–2022 m. ir jos indėlį į Komunistinių partijų koordinavimą Europoje, taip pat į bendrą Europos ir svarbių tarptautinių klausimų tyrimą ir plėtojimą, siekiant sustiprinti kovą prieš kapitalistinę sistemą, ES buržuazija ir jos vyriausybes.
Tuo pačiu metu telekonferencijos metu išriškėjo svarbūs ideologiniai ir politiniai skirtumai, kurie ilgainiui iškilo ir paaštrėjo prasidėjus karui tarp JAV, NATO, ES ir kapitalistinės Rusijos, kurie sukuria neįveikiamas kliūtis tęsti EKI veiklą.
Tuo remiantis buvo nuspręsta stabdyti EKI tolimesnį darbą. Esame įsitikinę, kad pati klasių kovos praktika ir raida daugelyje Europos šalių, visame Europos žemyne, artimiausiu metu lems naujos tarppartinio bendradarbiavimo tarp Europos komunistų ir darbininkų partijų poreikį. Jo realizavimo eigoje bus panaudota ir pastaraisiais metais sukaupta naudinga patirtis vykdant EKI veiklą.

О прекращении деятельности Европейской Коммунистической Инициативы (ЕКИ)

9 сентября 2023 года, состоялось пленарное заседание партий Европейской коммунистической инициативы (ЕКИ) в формате телеконференции, на котором обсуждалась проблемная ситуация, сложившаяся в последнее время в ЕКИ после начала империалистической войны на Украине.
В ходе телеконференции многие партии в выступлениях своих представителей положительно оценили деятельность ЕКИ за период с 2013 по 2022 гг. и её вклад в координацию коммунистических партий в Европе, как и в совместное изучение и разработку европейских и важных международных вопросов с целью усиления борьбы против капиталистической системы, ЕС, буржуазии и ее правительств.
В то же время в ходе телеконференции были рассмотрены важные идейно-политические разногласия, возникшие с течением времени и обострившиеся после начала войны между США, НАТО, ЕС и капиталистической Россией, которые создают непреодолимые препятствия для продолжения работы ЕКИ.
Исходя из этого было решено прекратить деятельность и работу ЕКИ. Мы уверены, что сама жизнь и развитие классовой борьбы во многих европейских странах, на всем европейском континенте, продиктуют в ближайшем будущем необходимость новой формы межпартийного сотрудничества коммунистических и рабочих партий Европы, которая будет использовать полезный опыт, накопленный за последние годы в результате деятельности ЕКИ.

On the termination of the activity of the European Communist Initiative

A teleconference of the Full Plenum of the parties of the European Communist Initiative (ECI) was held on 9/9/2023 to discuss the problematic situation that has recently developed in the ECI after the outbreak of the imperialist war in Ukraine.
During the teleconference, many contributions positively evaluated the activity of the ECI for the period 2013–2022, its contribution to the coordination of the communist parties in Europe and the joint study and elaboration of European and important international issues aimed at strengthening the struggle against the capitalist system, the EU, the bourgeois classes and their governments.
At the same time, during the teleconference, the important ideological and political differences that have arisen over time and which have been aggravated since the outbreak of the war being waged between the USA-NATO-EU and capitalist Russia, which creates insurmountable obstacles for the continuation of the ECI, were assessed.
Based on the above, it was decided that the activity and function of the ECI be concluded. We are sure that life itself and the development of the class struggle in many European countries throughout the European continent will make it necessary in the coming period to establish a new form of inter-party cooperation between the Communist and Workers’ Parties of Europe, which will make use of the useful experience gained in recent years from the activity of the ECI.
